My 2 cents:
Along the lines of “No pain, No gain” and “nothing ventured, nothing gained” and “no risk, no reward”, don’t totally avoid making as ass of yourself. If you do, you will stifle your creativity too much. I am completely on board with the “no alcohol required” part.
