This will be Frank’s first apperance at Zen Zero in Courtney, BC. Similar to the Fairfield Rec Center workshop, Frank will focus on the spring equinox as his inspiration for this 5 hour workshop. Be inspired and leave desired to live more connected to the earth in many aspects. Lots of goodies to taste, and recipes to share.
